Gran Paradiso Hotel Spa San Giovanni Rotondo, San Giovanni Rotondo

While the hotel boasts an impressive exterior and is conveniently located near the Shrine of Padre Pio, my experience was marred by outdated rooms and less than friendly service. The food quality was inconsistent, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic at times. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning well, which was quite uncomfortable during my stay.

This hotel is a beautiful retreat with a stunning location close to the Padre Pio shrine and helpful staff who truly make you feel welcome. The facilities, particularly the pool and spa, are excellent, making for a relaxing stay. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, especially during breakfast, which fell short of expectations.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, particularly for our family. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony that offered beautiful views. The staff was friendly and the amenities, especially the spa, were a highlight. While the dining was generally good, we found the dinner service at times to be mediocre. Overall, it was a great experience, and we plan to return in the future.
